“Lori taught me to take my time while grocery shopping and read the ingredients. Now I shop for quality foods.”
“The most beneficial part of the program is having your own personal health counselor to speak with, confide in, and learn from.”

I received my training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories as well as lifestyle and spiritual practices. While I was working on my Health Coaching certificate I became board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Since graduation from IIN I have obtained a Personal Trainer certification. I continue to learn from some of the experts in the fields of health & nutrition. April 2014 is when I obtained my massage therapy license. Massage therapy, like nutrition is very individual and extremely beneficial.

I have not always been a health conscious individual. As a matter of fact I use to love a whopper with cheese, fries, and a vanilla shake as good as the next person. 2004 was the year that a lot of changes happened in my life. This was the year I was set free from the addiction of cigarette smoking and I started to change my eating and exercising habits. (or for the later, lack of a habit) While I was improving over the next few years I did not see others around me changing for the better. As a leader I have always lead by example but it did not seem to be working in the area of nutrition and lifestyle. I knew that if I could make these drastic, life enhancing changes then anybody could do it. So, I started asking, how can I best get the information to the people that need it? That’s when the Institute for Integrative Nutrition door was opened to me. By becoming a health coach I am able to reach more people and teach them to be proactive with their health and not reactive. Come join me on this awesome journey of excellent vitality, it’s never too late because Great Health Starts Now!
